Things I Know ...

I Know ... You can't believe everything you read on the packet.

I Know ... Sometimes it is easier just to stop, accept things and go with the flow than to try so hard and get nowhere.

I Know ... I don't have to make myself sick with worry about something that I cannot change (actually I have known this since I was very little, but do you think that knowledge actually changes anything? No.

I Know ... As Grandpa George says in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory "There's plenty of money out there. They print more every day ... Only a dummy would give this up (the Golden Ticket) for something as common as money. Are you a dummy?" I know that in this life there are plenty of things that are more important than money.

I Know ... That sometimes tears are needed. They cleanse the soul and help you to cope.

I Know ... That the laughter of children is one of the happiest sounds in the world.

I Know ... Friends, family and your relationships with other people are the important, 'big' things in this life.

I Know ... Coffee helps...

I Know ... To never, ever underestimate the mess that four little people can make in a very short space of time.

I Know ... A good laugh is great medicine.

  1. Just like you Melanie, I worry myself sick over small, insignificant things...and coffee helps, a lot.
